Charlotte Pineau
Lawyer – Associate
Charlotte joined Ooslo when it launched after working in top business firms in France and abroad.
She specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and private equity, working with a French and international clientele.
Charlotte assists her clients with M&A operations (acquisition, sale, build-up, restructuring, etc.), private equity (venture and LBO) and management packages, but also helps groups of companies with more day-to-day corporate aspects.

This profession is highly rewarding and intellectually challenging. It invites us daily to develop our analytical skills, to anticipate and to demonstrate agility and thoroughness in assisting our clients with their projects. It is a demanding but exciting job.
Above all, I appreciate the interpersonal side of the profession: listening, advising, interacting, defending, learning. Discussions with our clients, whether they are shareholders, managers, financiers or lawyers, and meetings with our colleagues, both stimulate and enlighten me.
Joining Ooslo has helped me realise my vision of the profession. I have no doubt about the added value that our approach brings.
