Emmanuelle joined Ooslo in 2025 after working for leading French and international law firms, including Dechert LLP and Coblence avocats.
She specializes in corporate law, mergers & acquisitions and private equity for French and international clients.
In particular, Emmanuelle assists clients with M&A transactions (acquisitions, sales, external growth), private equity transactions (fund-raising and LBOs), setting up management packages, as well as legal and corporate monitoring of groups of companies. Emmanuelle is also involved in the pre-litigation resolution of conflicts between partners and/or managers.

What I particularly like about my profession is the human dimension that goes with it. M&A transactions can be complex and stressful for our clients, with major economic and strategic issues at stake. I like to provide them with expertise in a confident and serene manner, to help them get through these significant stages.
I particularly appreciate being able to apply and adapt my legal skills to operational imperatives. Proposing innovative and effective solutions, working closely with clients in a pragmatic way, while keeping up to technical and technological developments in the law, makes my job exciting.
Joining Ooslo fulfils my vision of the business and my deepest desire to join a firm with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
