Houcine joined the firm to strengthen the team, two years after its creation.
He practises in the fields of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity and Corporate Law.
Houcine assists his clients in particular on M&A transactions (acquisitions, disposals, external growth, restructuring), private equity investments (venture capital and LBO), equity incentive schemes, as well as in the context of more routine corporate maintenance for groups of companies.

The profession of business lawyer fascinates me through its strategic and entrepreneurial dimension, where each case is an opportunity to structure ambitious projects and turn ideas into concrete realities.
I particularly enjoy the intellectual stimulation it provides: anticipating the challenges of a transaction, negotiating with finesse, and navigating regulatory complexity to safeguard the interests of entrepreneurs, SMEs and investors.
This role positions us as invaluable allies, capable of delivering pragmatic and innovative solutions that reassure our clients and free them to focus on their growth.
Beyond the technical aspects, it is the human connection that fulfils me: listening to the aspirations of business leaders, sharing their challenges during fundraising rounds or business transfers, and building lasting relationships of trust.
Working with a diverse range of players, from dynamic startups to multinational corporations, enriches me on a daily basis, both professionally and personally.
