Ooslo@Julie, what do you like about this job?
What I love most is the depth and closeness of the relationships I build with my clients. Truly understanding their challenges and developing a long-term relationship of trust is what gives meaning to my work.

Labor law is a living, ever-evolving field that demands both precision and agility, as well as the ability to interpret each situation in its specific context. I thrive on this constant challenge: turning legal complexity into clear, practical, and actionable solutions tailored to the client’s operational reality.
This requires not only technical expertise and high standards, but also true availability, unwavering responsiveness, and the ability to act quickly in often sensitive situations.

It’s a profession that engages both intellect and human connection, serving both economic and social interests. That dynamic is what keeps me fully engaged in my work.
