Valentine Hedel

Valentine Hedel joined Ooslo in 2025, following an initial experience as an intern, before pursuing her professional journey as a legal counsel within the firm.
Having completed her Master 2 degree in real estate law, construction, environmental and planning law, through a work-study program at Bignon Lebray in 2023, and drawing on her experience gained at an insurer specializing in construction, she has built a strong and well-rounded expertise in these fields.
She practises in the areas of real estate law, leases and construction, in both advisory and litigation matters.

The legal profession is fascinating; it demands both intellectual rigour and human commitment.

Each case represents a new challenge that requires adaptability, defending clients' interests with determination while demonstrating finesse and precision in legal reasoning.

Beyond technical skills, listening to and understanding clients' concerns are essential to supporting them in sometimes complex situations. It is a challenge I am proud to take on every day at Ooslo.
